For most of my life, I carried invisible wounds—deep emotional trauma that no one could see, but that shaped how I moved through the world. I learned to survive by staying silent, by smiling through pain, and by becoming who others needed me to be. On the outside, I seemed fine. But on the inside, I was carrying a storm.
At 21, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lupus. The doctor’s words were blunt: “There’s nothing we can do. You’ll just have to live with it.” My family dismissed the diagnosis, and in my own need to be accepted—to feel “normal”—I dismissed it too. I buried it like I had buried so many parts of myself.
But the pain never stayed quiet.
To cope, I turned to painkillers. Anxiety and depression followed. I functioned—sometimes even excelled—but I was disconnected from my body, constantly stuck in fight-or-flight. I lived in survival mode! And yet, even in that darkness, my intuition was whispering: There’s more than this.
Eventually, I reached a breaking point. That’s when I was introduced to hypnotherapy and energy healing—and everything changed. It was like someone finally handed me the missing pieces. For the first time, I understood the connection between my past trauma, suppressed emotions, and the chronic pain I had lived with for so long.
As I began to heal, something powerful awakened in me: my intuition became louder, clearer, undeniable. I realized it had been guiding me all along.
Each session brought me closer to myself. I felt my energy return. I started waking up with a sense of peace, not dread. I could move, laugh, and experience joy without being punished by pain. I reclaimed my boundaries. I reclaimed me.
Today, I use the intuitive gifts I once suppressed as an integral part of my work. Whether it's sensing emotional blocks, tuning into the body’s subtle messages, or holding space for deep transformation, I bring a blend of intuitive guidance, somatic therapeutic touch, and holistic tools to every session. I don’t just treat symptoms—I support people in reconnecting with themselves on every level: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
